this is the best japanese restaurant i've been to, though it's not cheap or particularly good value and tasted better in the past than last time

The Akakiko Limassol is the Japanese Restaurant of the Five Star Limassol Royal Apollonia. Japanese fusion dining, Asian cuisine, top quality service and value for money. Intimate ambience, friendly and professional staff and great tastes. The service was prompt and the staff friendly and at the same time discreet and professional. The favourite dish of the recent visit come from the list of Makis, specifically the Kamo Maki, Pikatsu, Candlestick and the Godzilla Roll. All fresh with excellent tastes with their unique flavours. We tried two choices from the Akakiko Tepan as well. Fresh and flavourful ingredients, crisp, vibrant vegetables though slightly saltier than expected, but the prawn juicy and perfectly cooked. In all, the choices mentioned above were a delight, the atmosphere terrific, the ambience pleasantly elegant and travels the visitor. As for the food average in taste, to good.

Akakiko is my favorite restaurant in Cyprus.It has amazing and delicious food in good prices. The service was awesome and it’s definitely worth checking out

Located at the Royal Apollonia Hotel, this is a great restaurant to go to with family and friends.the setting is superb, if you manage to get outside seating. The bad part first - cats roaming around under the table, chairs is a nuisance an should have been prevented. The good parts - ambience, friendly service, predominantly Japanese but overall south-sian menu, good portions,reaspnable priicing especially for the sashimi platter

Definitely recommend! Big and tasty menu, reasonable prices, friendly and professional staff. However, it's better to make a reservation before going because it's usually fully booked, since it's located in a well known hotel.

Delicious, freshly prepared food with good quality ingredients. Very good prices and good size portions! Also the service is very good. Moreover, the view in this akakiko is great, especially if you sit outside on the veranda!
